Author Guidelines
The Parthenon Frontiers
1. Introduction
The journals published under The Parthenon Frontiers are peer-reviewed, open-access platforms dedicated to disseminating scholarly and innovative research across diverse academic disciplines. Authors are invited to submit original, high-quality, and unpublished manuscripts that align with the aims and scope of the respective journal.
2. Manuscript Types
The following types of contributions are accepted:

Original Research Articles – Empirical or theoretical studies presenting new findings.

Review Papers – Comprehensive analyses of existing literature and future perspectives.

Case Studies / Technical Notes – Practical applications, methods, or brief reports.

Short Communications – Concise presentations of novel ideas or partial findings.
-
Editorials / Perspectives – Invited opinions on contemporary research issues.
3. Manuscript Preparation
Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are formatted according to the following structure:
a. Title Page

Title of the manuscript (concise and informative)

Author(s) full name(s)

Institutional affiliation(s)

Corresponding author details (email, phone number, ORCID ID)
b. Abstract and Keywords
-
Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing purpose, method, findings, and conclusion.

Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords (separated by commas).
c. Main Text (IMRaD Format)

Introduction – Background, objectives, and significance.
-
Methodology – Materials, methods, and data analysis techniques.
-
Results – Findings presented with tables/figures.
-
Discussion – Interpretation of results, comparison with existing studies.
-
Conclusion – Summary, implications, and future directions.
d. References

References must follow APA (7th Edition) citation style.

Each reference should be cited in the text and listed in alphabetical order at the end.

DOI links must be included where available.

4. Manuscript Format

File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

Spacing: 1.5 line spacing

Margins: 1 inch on all sides

Page Numbers: Bottom right corner

Tables and Figures: Labeled sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1)
5. Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system (OJS platform) or by email (if specified on the journal website).
Each manuscript is assigned a unique manuscript ID for tracking.
6. Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process by at least two reviewers.

Initial screening: Editorial team checks for originality, relevance, and format.

Peer review: Reviewers assess quality, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Decision: Accepted / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Rejected.
Authors must respond to reviewer comments point-by-point during revision.
7. Ethical Considerations

Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

Plagiarism (above 15%) is strictly prohibited.

Authors must obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials.

Conflicts of interest must be disclosed.
-
Research involving human or animal subjects must include an ethics statement.
8. Article Processing Charges (APC)
An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable after acceptance to cover publication, DOI registration, and indexing costs.
Exact APC rates vary across journals and are listed on their respective websites.
9. Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors transfer publication rights to The Parthenon Frontiers, while retaining full copyright for non-commercial sharing.
All articles are published under an open-access license (CC BY 4.0) — permitting sharing and adaptation with proper attribution.
10. Indexing and Archiving
All published articles are assigned DOIs and archived permanently. The journals aim to be indexed in Google Scholar, Crossref, ResearchGate, and other international databases to ensure global visibility.
11. Post-Publication Policy

Authors receive a Publication Certificate and a PDF of the final article.

Corrections, retractions, or updates are handled per COPE guidelines.
-
Published articles may be promoted through institutional repositories and social media.
