Abstract

The convergence of artificial intelligence, computational neuroscience, and electroencephalography (EEG) analytics has created new possibilities for understanding, modeling, and optimizing human brain functions through intelligent computational systems. This research presents an intelligent neural computing architecture that integrates EEG-based signal analysis with computational learning mechanisms to enhance interpretation of neural activities and support adaptive brain function optimization. The proposed conceptual architecture combines neural data acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, machine learning-driven pattern recognition, and cognitive optimization modules within an integrated framework. The study analyzes the theoretical relationship between artificial intelligence-based neural modeling and computational neuroscience while examining how intelligent systems can replicate, interpret, and enhance aspects of human brain processing. Existing research highlights the importance of artificial intelligence in medical intelligence systems, artificial brain modeling, and computational neuroscience integration; however, challenges remain in achieving robust neural representation, adaptive learning, and personalized optimization. This research identifies the potential of EEG-integrated neural computing architectures to improve cognitive assessment, neurological analysis, and intelligent healthcare applications. The findings indicate that combining EEG analytics with advanced computational models can establish a scalable pathway toward more accurate brain-function interpretation while addressing limitations related to complexity, biological variability, and computational transparency.
