1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights to their scholarly work. Upon acceptance, authors grant The Parthenon Frontiers Publishing Consortium a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and distribute their work under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This means that while the journal publishes and indexes the article, the authors remain the legal owners of their intellectual property.

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under this license:

  • Readers are free to share (copy and redistribute) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon) the material for any purpose, including commercial use.

  • Appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s) and the source (journal name, volume, issue, and DOI).

  • A link to the Creative Commons license must be provided.

  • Indication of any changes made to the original work must be stated.

The publisher shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of information contained in the published works.
