The increasing availability of educational data has created significant opportunities for improving student achievement through intelligent analytical approaches. Traditional academic evaluation systems often rely on limited assessment indicators and fail to capture the complex relationships among learning behaviors, academic performance, engagement patterns, and contextual factors. This research presents a Data-Driven Analysis Framework for Student Achievement Optimization Using Machine Learning, designed to integrate educational data mining principles, predictive analytics, and classification-based learning approaches for identifying performance patterns and supporting evidence-based academic interventions. The proposed framework is conceptually developed through synthesis of existing educational data mining studies, focusing on student profiling, performance prediction, dropout analysis, and artificial intelligence-driven educational optimization. The methodology combines data preprocessing, feature extraction, machine learning-based classification, predictive modeling, and performance optimization mechanisms. Previous research demonstrates that educational data mining can effectively reveal hidden relationships between learner characteristics and academic outcomes, enabling institutions to implement personalized learning strategies. The framework addresses current research gaps by emphasizing scalable analytical models capable of supporting early identification of academic risks and optimization of student success pathways. The study contributes a structured analytical perspective for higher education institutions seeking to transform educational decision-making through intelligent data-driven systems.
