Abstract

The increasing complexity of cloud-native ecosystems has necessitated the evolution of intelligent orchestration paradigms that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) with DevOps, MLOps, and incident management systems. Traditional cloud orchestration approaches often fail to address dynamic scalability, predictive failure mitigation, and autonomous operational intelligence in distributed environments. This research proposes an advanced architectural framework for AI-integrated cloud orchestration that unifies autonomous DevOps pipelines, predictive MLOps workflows, and resilient incident management systems under a cohesive analytical model. Building upon existing quality-aware DevOps research, this study synthesizes architectural patterns that enable continuous learning, self-healing infrastructure, and adaptive workload orchestration (Alnafessah et al., 2021). The proposed model integrates machine learning-driven observability, policy-based automation, and feedback-loop optimization to improve system reliability, deployment efficiency, and operational resilience. Furthermore, the study evaluates how AI-enhanced orchestration improves proactive scaling, reduces system downtime, and enhances decision-making in distributed cloud environments. The findings highlight that convergence of AI with cloud-native orchestration significantly improves agility and fault tolerance while introducing challenges in governance, model drift, and system complexity. The research contributes a structured analytical perspective for designing next-generation autonomous cloud ecosystems capable of supporting large-scale intelligent digital infrastructures.
